We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. The hand holding the head from the shadows is dramatic and supports the concept.
The cow looks sad, and the B&W is very fitting.
I think you could have made this a little wider to incluse the cow legs. The balance would be better, making the hand smaller in the overview and "surprised" when seeing it. It would be stronger.
